The Jordan Green Building Council participated in a workshop on environmental data and information, which aims to enhance the environmental decision-making process in Jordan so that it is more relevant to reality and supported by reliable data and reports on the environmental situation and political goals, which are organized by the Ministry of Environment, the Jordanian Hashemite Fund for Human Development and the United Nations Program United Environment (UNEP), where the council worked with the Ministry of Environment to identify and assign some indicators related to the number and types of buildings that obtained international green building certificates.
